Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Senior Recruiter Jakarta TerbaruThe Senior Recruiter is responsible for leading recruitment efforts that support the growth and operational staffing needs of Atlas Capture within their assigned country. This role focuses on building scalable hiring pipelines, managing full-cycle recruitment, and ensuring the company can rapidly deploy qualified talent to support AI data capture operations.
The Senior Recruiter partners closely with HR to forecast workforce needs and execute hiring strategies that support both ongoing projects and future expansion.
This role requires strong recruiting expertise, the ability to operate in fast-paced operational environments, and experience managing high-volume hiring across operational, technical, and freelance roles.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies that support the company’s operational growth
- Partner with country leadership and operations teams to forecast staffing needs across capture teams and studio operations
- Build scalable hiring pipelines capable of supporting rapid workforce expansion
- Ensure recruiting efforts align with project timelines and operational capacity requirements
2. Full-Cycle Recruitment Ownership
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer and onboarding
- Identify and evaluate candidates across operational, technical, and freelance roles
- Lead candidate screening and structured interview processes
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure hiring decisions align with both operational needs and company standards
3. High-Volume Workforce Hiring
- Lead recruitment for large-scale operational hiring when project demand increases
- Develop sourcing strategies for freelance capture staff, studio personnel, and operational support roles
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines that allow the organization to rapidly deploy workforce resources
- Optimize hiring workflows to support fast, efficient recruitment at scale
4. Talent Sourcing & Market Development
- Develop diverse sourcing channels including job boards, direct outreach, referral networks, and local talent communities
- Identify new candidate pools to improve hiring efficiency and workforce availability
- Build relationships with talent communities relevant to operational and technical capture roles
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates ready for deployment
5. Hiring Process Optimization
- Continuously improve recruitment workflows to increase hiring speed and candidate quality
- Develop structured screening and interview processes to ensure consistent candidate evaluation
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements that reduce time-to-hire
- Implement recruitment best practices that support efficient workforce scaling
6. Hiring Data & Recruitment Performance
- Track key recruiting metrics including pipeline health, time-to-hire, and hiring success rates
- Provide leadership with visibility into recruitment capacity and staffing readiness
- Use hiring data to inform recruiting strategies and improve workforce planning
7. Employer Branding & Talent Positioning
- Strengthen Atlas Capture’s presence within the local talent market
- Ensure job postings and candidate communications clearly represent company opportunities and growth potential
- Support initiatives that improve candidate attraction and hiring competitiveness
8. Cross-Team Coordination
- Work closely with Country General Managers, Operations Leads, and HR teams to ensure hiring priorities remain aligned with operational goals
- Maintain clear communication with leadership regarding staffing progress and recruitment timelines
- Support leadership teams in addressing urgent staffing needs for capture projects
Skills & Expectations
- 5+ years of professional recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced operational environments
- Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring pipelines
- Strong sourcing capability across multiple recruitment channels
- Experience hiring operational, technical, or field-based teams preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple hiring priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in technology, data collection, AI, robotics, or operational services environments is a strong advantage
- Ability to support rapid workforce scaling in a growing organization
