About the Role
We are looking for a QA Engineer to be the guardian of quality for our regional ecosystem. This is a hands-on hybrid role where you will balance rigorous manual testing with the strategic build-out of our automated E2E test suite.
The Mentorship & Culture: You will report directly to our Singapore-based Co-founder & CTO, who brings an enterprise-grade background from global leaders like SAP and Accenture. We maintain a flat, high-trust organization—meaning you will have a direct voice in product quality and the freedom to implement best practices without layers of bureaucracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manual testing: Master our complex functional logic through deep-dive manual, regression, and exploratory testing to support our high product velocity.
- Automation Architecture: Progressively build and scale our E2E test suite using Playwright and TypeScript to accelerate our release cycles.
- AI-Assisted QA: Leverage tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude to enhance test coverage and maintain documentation.
- Release Readiness: Own the testing lifecycle within our GitHub Actions pipelines, ensuring every 3–4 week release meets our "System of Intelligence" standards.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 2–4 years in Software QA, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- Technical skills: Expert manual testing fundamentals plus hands-on proficiency in Playwright and TypeScript.
- Tools: Solid understanding of Git and CI/CD workflows.
- Communication: Professional written English is essential for regional documentation and reporting.
- Mindset: A proactive "bug hunter" who thrives in a remote-first, high-accountability environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Rp 8,000,000 – Rp 12,000,000 per month.
- Work style: Remote-First, with plans to move to a Hybrid arrangement in Jakarta or Batam as our local team reaches its next growth milestone.
