- Fresh graduates or entry-level developers
- Basic understanding of Golang or strong programming fundamentals
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts
- Willingness to learn message queuing systems
- Understanding of basic backend development concepts
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle
- Develop and maintain backend services under supervision
- Write basic API endpoints
- Assist in database operations
- Learn and implement message queuing concepts
- Participate in code reviews
- Debug and fix simple to moderate issues
