Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Cashier DW Badung TerbaruCustomer Service:
- Greet customers as they enter and exit the store.
- Assist customers with their purchases, providing product information and answering any questions.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, escalating issues to the supervisor when necessary.
Transaction Processing:
- Operate cash registers and other point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently.
- Process various forms of payment including cash, credit/debit cards, gift cards, and coupons.
- Ensure accurate pricing and coding for items being scanned.
- Issue receipts, refunds, or change due to customers accurately.
Cash Handling:
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure accurate amounts.
- Balance cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Maintain adequate change denominations in the cash drawer and request additional change as needed.
Store Operations:
- Assist with stocking shelves, marking prices, and organizing merchandise.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
- Ensure security of all cash and credit transactions.
Compliance:
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and sales transactions.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company requirements at all times.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong numerical and mathematical skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and other relevant technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Attributes:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderately heavy items.
Working Conditions:
