Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Wedding Planner With KITAS Denpasar TerbaruWedding Planner will be responsible for:
- Establishing trusting relationships with clients and learning exactly what they want from you as the wedding planner
- Using your in-depth knowledge of weddings to advise clients and your artistic ability to generate fresh ideas for them
- Developing knowledge of – and relationships with – suppliers (such as caterers and florists)
- Being accessible and offering assistance on the day of the wedding. We have weddings from Tabanan to Uluwatu to Ubud, so expect frequent travels!
- End-to-end correspondence & documentation management, not only with the clients but also internal team & external vendors.
Job Description:
- Client Consultation: Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget.
- Provide expert advice on wedding trends, themes, and logistics.
- Establish a rapport with clients to build trust and ensure a personalised experience.
- Budgeting: Assist with managing budgets based on client preferences and financial constraints.
- Event Design and Styling: Work with clients to conceptualise and design the overall theme and style of the wedding.
- Coordinate decor elements, colour schemes, and overall aesthetics.
- Timeline and Scheduling: Develop a detailed timeline for the wedding day, including ceremony and reception schedules.
- Logistics Management: Oversee logistical aspects, such as transportation, guest accommodations, and seating arrangements.
- Coordinate with VL to assist transportation providers and manage guest requirements
- Ceremony and Reception Coordination: Supervise the setup and breakdown of ceremony and reception venues.
- Ensure all elements are in place, such as flowers, decor, and seating arrangements.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that may arise during the planning process or on the wedding day.
- Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with clients, vendors, and the wedding planning team.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all client requests, and correspondence.
- Create and update comprehensive timelines and checklists.
Job Requirements:
- Definitely passionate about weddings!
- All nationalities are welcomed (will assist to apply for KITAS if needed)
- Must be Bali based.
- Must be able to speak & write in English with great proficiency
- Must be willing to travel around Bali for weddings.
- Having experience in Project Management is a plus!
- At least 3 years experience as a Wedding Planner with a proven track record.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative flair, a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of wedding trends, traditions, and industry best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Tech savvy with software, apps etc.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Rp8,000,000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Denpasar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
