Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Personal Assistant Batam TerbaruRequirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin (Written and Spoken)
- Communicative
- Strong organizational and time management abilities,
- Attention to detail
- Preferred to have Bachelor’s/Diploma in Accounting or Management, or Law.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Descriptions:
- Administrative support including managing the schedule, appointments, meetings - including preparing agenda, minutes of meeting, supporting documents, and reviewing contract,
- Do the translation from Mandarin to Indonesia vice versa during the meeting with the local client or supplier,
- Document management,
- Travel arrangement and companion for the business trip,
- Making report, including the trip expense report and other necessary report in Mandarin language
Job Types: Full-time, Trial period contract
