Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja School Adminstrator Cimahi TerbaruRexa Music School is a contemporary music school focusing on modern genres such as pop, rock, jazz, and other contemporary styles. Our programs include Theory Class, Recording Class, Music Production, Annual Home Concert, and other music-related activities designed to support students’ musical growth.
We follow an international-standard curriculum from Premiere to Grade 8, and we aim to create a supportive and creative learning environment for students of all ages.
We are currently looking for a School Administration Staff who will help manage daily school operations and ensure smooth communication between the school, students, and parents.
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the school
- Coordinate student schedules and assist with class arrangements
- Establish and maintain good relationships with students and parents/guardians
- Respond to inquiries from prospective students through WhatsApp, Instagram, and other communication channels
- Handle and monitor the school’s social media platforms
- Support the coordination of school activities, events, and programs
- Maintain organized records of student information and administrative data
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree from any major
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Familiar with social media platforms
- Possesses good communication skills and a positive working attitude
- Able to work in an organized and responsible manner
- Interest in music is a plus (ability to play a musical instrument is an advantage)
- Willing to work onsite (school located in North Cimahi)
