THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS WILL BE CARRIED OUT IN ENGLISH AND ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE NOTIFIEDWhat you’ll do:
- Bank Reconciliation
- Billing Process in Xero
- Preparing and checking bank payment
- Creating Sales Invoice and Debit Note (and sending them to user)
- Manage General Ledger Accounts
- Supporting Audit in preparation, analysis, and documentation.
- Preparing data for company performance analysis
- Supporting and maintaining Internal Control (SOP’s): Finance Team and Other Departments
- Other reports requested by management
- Understand basic taxation such as WHT, VAT, and CIT
- Understand Income Statement and Balance Sheet analysis
- Understand PSAK.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Finance Accounting or a similar role (experienced from the same industry or from a Public Accounting Firm is preferred)
- Familiar with accounting software and systems (e.g Xero/Netsuite)
- Good understanding of MS Office
- Fluent in English is a must
