About this role
The Performance Marketing role focuses on helping clients promote their products or services through email and display placements. The position involves preparing campaign materials, selecting suitable audience groups, working with campaign data, and ensuring promotions run smoothly. Key responsibilities
- Prepare and set up promotional campaigns.
- Help select the right audience groups for each campaign.
- Monitor campaign activity to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Observe results, identify patterns, and highlight any issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams for content, visuals, or scheduling needs
- Do A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
Requirements

- Good spoken and written English.
