Job Description:
- Event Management: Handle events from start to finish, including registration, guest list management, organizing, hosting, and overseeing general affairs.
- Social Media Growth & Engagement: Manage and grow social media accounts for ExpatNations and ExpatNations leaders on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
- Content Strategy & Production: Co-formulate content strategy based on viral trends, design and co-produce content, and create engaging captions for publication.
- Partnership Development: Co-develop and implement partnership strategies with sponsors targeting the middle-up/expat market.
- Personal Branding: Assist in enhancing the personal brand of the ExpatNations leader, including lifestyle and career content, and manage social media presence for an influencer kitten.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Language Skills: Excellent English and Indonesian communication skills, both speaking and writing.
- Event Hosting: Confidence and interest in hosting events and developing professional, trust-based relationships with expat members and branding sponsors & partners.
- Creativity & Social Media: Creative mindset with strong skills in growing social media platforms (Instagram Reels/Stories, TikTok videos).
- Planning & Multi-tasking: Competent in planning and multi-tasking to manage various responsibilities efficiently.
- Flexibility & mobility: Ability to work in a hybrid setting (50% offline, 50% online) with flexible working hours, and ability to drive a car (optional)
- Unique Interest: Interest in working with an influencer kitten.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, and Capcut is preferred.
