Must have JLPT N2 or above English level advance or above Bachelor's degree in any major Have experience as assistant manager minimum 3 years or have experience as manager minimum 1 years in Japanese Manufacture company Have handling and solving of factory Environment (Limbah, Polusi udara, and so on) Able to make suggestions to management and solve problems regarding Factory Infrastructure and building and facility maintenance.
