Job Overview:
Ensuring key functions statistical quality indicators are maintained, monitored and analyzed & reported in timely manner as one of the continuous improvement efforts. Ensuring Employees within Asia Pacific BU are aware of the Company Charter, their SOPs & or WI and adhering to them during all phases of work through Quality Awareness Training.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Perform audits as per plan on monthly basis & reporting of timely results/reports
- Updating of already established procedures, assisting in preparing new procedures and uploading into ISO Expert on a timely basis
- Be an escort to external auditors & corporate auditors during their resp. audits
- Participate & maintain records of all audits performed - like project audits. external audits, extrinsic audit and vendor audits
- Assist in developing statistical tools and analysis to monitor KPls/Qls & other measurements
- Maintaining and publishing of KPI, QI, COQ of key function of fabrication yard and projects & management report on a monthly and quarterly basis in soft and hard copies
- Updating Asia Pacific share point site with up-to date KPI and QI reports
- Performing trend analysis on all report twice a year
- As IMS Administrator
- Posting/Downloading on ISOxPert all the Procedure applicable to Asia Pacific operations (Level 1, Level 2 Level 4 & Level 5), Asia Pacific Charters, Policies and Certificates issued by third party
- Ensure that the latest Controlled Hard Copies of procedures, copies/frames for Quality Policies, Company Charters and Certifications are forwarded to the respective holders
- Maintains the Distribution Matrix and List of the Procedures and Charters/Policies
- Raise the Material Requisition (MR) for the purchase the latest copy of the ‘revision-controlled codes and standards and the requested reference documents from various users
- Post the 'read only' soft copies of the documents on ISOxPERT within the Asia Pacific Codes and Standards site.
- Distribute the Controlled copies of specific Corporate E&M Group approved wire rope and rigging codes and standards are distributed to copy holders as per the distribution checklist
- High standard of safe working practice, quality and productivity as well as compliance with the code of business conduct
Essential Qualifications and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field of study
- 0-5 years’ experience in marine construction for the Oil & Gas industry
Preferred Qualifications and Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering
- Lead Auditor
