Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other managers to determine supply needs
- Purchase supplies and materials according to specifications
- Coordinate and supervise receiving and warehousing procedures
- Oversee distribution of supplies in the organization
- Control inventory levels and ensure availability of material during emergencies
- Supervise, evaluate and coach subordinates
- Maintain relationships and negotiate with suppliers
- Keep detailed records on procurement activity, materials quantity, specifications etc.
- Assist in forecasting to plan future orders
- Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
- Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
- It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member
of seniormanagement any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and toavoid recurrence of the problem.- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications
- Degree / Diploma in any discipline or equivalent
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Program Management in Electronics Manufacturing industryis preferred
- Proficient in MS office applications
- A degree in business management, material science or other affiliated business fields
- Sufficient knowledge in utilizing computer applications such as MS Office, Spreadsheet, orother production related software
- Ability to work efficiently under stress involving tight deadlines
- Conversant with fundamental bookkeeping methods
- Giving thoughtfulness to detail and high level of precision
- Excellent command of English language (oral and written).
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude
