Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja CRM Lead Jakarta TerbaruBocah Indonesia, a one stop fertility center is currently searching for CRM Lead to drive measurable results that benefit our business
Responsibilities :
- Building a CRM system and strategy by adjusting Brand objectives
- Design, implement and monitor the implementation of CRM strategies
Process and analyze data to increase customer engagemen retention and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and execute CRM strategies that align with Brand objectives
- Monitor CRM metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve KPIs
Qualification
- 2- 5 years of experience in the same field, preferably with a similar business background
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills and able to present complex data into easy-to-understand input
- Excellent communication skills and an Easy going type of person.
- Strong understanding of the company's products, services, and customer service policies. Having knowledge from Healthcare company/healthcare background is a plus point
- Willing to work from our office located in Sunter - North Jakarta
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Rp8,000,000 per month
