Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Secretary Intern Jakarta TerbaruBOSNET is an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) super-apps and ecosystem provider with two primary business facets: selling distribution super-apps and offering an ecosystem for FMCG principals to enhance their order-generation and logistics. The services provided include e-payment, pay-later options, advertising, market insights, and back-office solutions. Currently, our ecosystem processes over IDR 50 trillion worth of transactions annually.
Administrative Support:
Assist in handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Perform data entry, filing, and document management tasks.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Prepare meeting materials and take minutes if required.
Communication:
Draft and proofread documents, letters, and reports.
Communicate effectively within the team and with external parties.
Technology Utilization:
Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) for various tasks.
Familiarize oneself with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.) and troubleshoot basic issues.
Project Assistance:
Support ongoing projects and initiatives as directed.
Conduct research and compile information as needed.
Adherence to Policies:
Uphold confidentiality of sensitive information.
Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
Education :
Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Office Management, or a related field.
Recent graduates are welcome.
Experience:
Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is a plus but not required.
Experience with handling phone calls, emails, and basic correspondence is beneficial.
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Basic understanding of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
