Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja HR Personalia Jakarta Terbaru

Requirements:

  • Max. age of 28 years.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR roles, with a strong preference for handling attendance using HRIS or a similar program.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software applications.
  • Understanding of UU 13, CK, etc.
  • Possess problem-solving and analytical thinking skills based on data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to be placed at Indomobil Tower, Jakarta Timur.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all HR administration activities such as attendance, annual leave, sick leave, monthly reports, MCU, etc.
  • Providing HR support and general administration to the HR team.
  • Creating employee compliances (warning letters and counseling sessions).
  • Managing the Sharing Session Program to enhance employees' knowledge and foster continuous growth.
  • Efficiently managing and documenting administrative activities for all administrative processes for IMSI.
  • Conducting a comprehensive review of Industrial Relation issues.
  • Performing filing management, including but not limited to maintaining confidential records.

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu

Education:

  • D1-D4 (Diwajibkan)

Experience:

  • Human Resource: 1 year (Diutamakan)
