KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement quality standards and procedures for all aspects of villa operations.
- Supervise and coordinate repair work, ensuring that it is carried out efficiently and effectively by technicians/contractors.
- Perform regular inspections of the villa facilities to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Work closely with housekeeping and management to address maintenance issues promptly.
- Keep track of maintenance supplies, facilities, and equipment for the property.
- Handling guest check-in.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum bachelor's degree.
- Have 3 years of experience in the same field.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Good Communication Skills and interpersonal skills.
- Customer services oriented, creative, and initiative.
- Good Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, and Responsibility.
- Understanding of hospitality quality standards (cleanliness, maintenance, guest service).
