Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Chief Marketing Officer Yogyakarta TerbaruWe are looking for talents who want to grow and contribute to the company and have a long-term investment mindset.

Responsibility :
- Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities for the company.
- Develop approach strategy and/or sales strategy of enterprise brands.
- Lead the team and presentation of proposals to external customers, typically at Senior Management level; create a structural framework which ensures efficient and accurate evaluations and response documents.
- Ownership of contract Management; ensure proposals/commercial agreements are properly documents in SOWs (Statement of Work).
- Undertake benchmarking exercises to ensure that solutions in the organizations comply with best practices. Propose competitive solutions for gaps identified in existing procedures.
- Establish strong partnership and breed cross-collaborations with IT, Business Development and Operations departments to identify areas of improvement for solutions and propose work plans to implement changes in the organizations.
- Build a strong understanding of our solutions portfolio, a deep understanding of the customer value proposition, and our key differentiators.
Requirement :
- Bachelor or Master Degree of Business Administration or related field.
- Self-starter, proactive, and can drive own assigned tasks/projects.
- At least 10 years of experience of working in Digital, IT, E-commerce or Retail business.
- An entrepreneurial attitude to business and a strong enthusiasm for start-ups
- Strong leadership and people management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate others
- Strong analytical, execution-minded, problem-solving and communication skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure with tight deadlines
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge or experience of Live-Streaming operations is preferred.
- Charismatic, proactive, and capable of anticipating needs.
- Possess a positive attitude
- Having a growth mindset in their lives
- Ability to work from Monday to Saturday (with working hours)
- Willing to work on national holidays
