We are looking for a Creative Lead who can bring ideas to life through strong visual design and engaging social media content.
This role combines creative direction, graphic design, and short-form video editing. You will play a key role in shaping brand storytelling across digital platforms — from campaigns and ads to daily social media content.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative direction for marketing campaigns and brand visuals
- Design digital creatives for:
- Social media posts
- Ads & promotions
- Website & e-commerce visuals
- EDMs and campaign materials
- Conceptualise and edit short-form videos for social media (Reels, TikTok, Ads)
- Work closely with marketing team on campaign ideas and storytelling
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
- Stay updated on social media trends and content formats
- Manage creative timelines and deliverables
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in graphic design / creative / content production
- Strong portfolio showcasing design + video editing
- Proficient in:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects (or similar)
- Good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads)
- Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or lifestyle brands is a bonus
Preferred Skills
- Motion graphics or animation experience
- Content planning or campaign ideation
- Photography / videography knowledge
- Leadership or mentoring experience
