Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Operation Excellence Senior Engineer Batam TerbaruIn this role, you will be responsible for continuous improvement (CI) activities,cross-function CI strategy, and demonstrate Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality System Management implementation.
In your new role, you will:
- Responsible for continuous improvement (CI) activities by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes that increase optimization, and excel overall performance of Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Morale aspects.
- Cross-function CI strategy and continuous improvement mindset within Operations Excellence scope.
- Demonstrate Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality System Management implementation.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Minimum 3 years of Semiconductor experience, or relevant industries (MNC, Electronic)
- Having background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma Approach
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with all functional units and levels
- Good systematic thinking and planning skills
- Strong in designing and conceptualizing solutions
