Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Senior Accounting Specialist Denpasar TerbaruRequirement:
- Willing to relocate to Badung, Bali.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in an international company.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and Indonesian GAAP.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping software (e.g., Xero and QuickBooks ).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of Singaporean accounting practices is a plus.
- Fluency in Indonesia and English is required.
Key Responsibitiies
- Process and record all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank statements.
- Execute all payments and reconcile bank accounts weekly.
- Manage petty cash and assist with expense reports and reimbursements.
- Perform weekly and monthly budget control.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Close the books monthly and annually.
- Generate reports for management and stakeholders.
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records according to Indonesian and US accounting standards and regulations.
- Work with external auditors to ensure compliance during audits.
- Stay informed of changes in Indonesian and US tax laws and regulations.
- Manage monthly payroll tax reporting for Indonesia and the US.
- Manage sales tax reporting for Indonesia and the US.
- Prepare monthly and annual tax returns for all entities (Indonesia, Singapore, US)..
Range Salary: IDR 11.000.000 - 13.500.000
Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu
Upah: Rp1.100.000.000 - Rp1.350.000.000 per bulan
