Lighthouse Studios in Bali is seeking full-time staff for a permanent position working from our studios in Bali.
Responsibilities & experience:
- Front desk client relations. Minimum 3 years experience.
- Managing inquiries & bookings. Minimum 3 years experience.
- Problem solving for clients.
- Hosting & doing tours of the studios.
- Setting appointments for sales team.
- Preparing invoices & taking payments.
- Minimum 1 year experience doing social media. You will be preparing content & posting.
- Must have very good English.
- Exceptional customer service.
- Critical thinking & problem solving
- Working under pressure.
- Must be enthusiastic to learn & grow in this position.
- Hard working attitude.
For immediate start. Salary 7-10jt depending on experience.
This is a full-time position for immediate start.
Would suit someone (but not necessary) who has done sales/project management in a digital agency or production house.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 monthsPay: Rp7,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month
