Social Media & Guest Relations Officer

Lighthouse Studios in Bali is seeking full-time staff for a permanent position working from our studios in Bali.

Responsibilities & experience:

  • Front desk client relations. Minimum 3 years experience.
  • Managing inquiries & bookings. Minimum 3 years experience.
  • Problem solving for clients.
  • Hosting & doing tours of the studios.
  • Setting appointments for sales team.
  • Preparing invoices & taking payments.
  • Minimum 1 year experience doing social media. You will be preparing content & posting.
  • Must have very good English.
  • Exceptional customer service.
  • Critical thinking & problem solving
  • Working under pressure.
  • Must be enthusiastic to learn & grow in this position.
  • Hard working attitude.

For immediate start. Salary 7-10jt depending on experience.

This is a full-time position for immediate start.

Would suit someone (but not necessary) who has done sales/project management in a digital agency or production house.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rp7,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month
