Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Receptionist Badung Terbaru
- Greet all guests warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming first impression aligned with OMNI’s service standards.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out processes using the GymMaster system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Respond to inquiries and bookings through WhatsApp, WATI, phone, and in-person with prompt and clear communication.
- Coordinate closely with the others departments to ensure guest needs are fulfilled seamlessly.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, class bookings, memberships, and client profiles in the system.
- Process payments for services and products, handle cashier duties, and ensure proper daily reconciliation.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the front desk and reception area.
- Assist in resolving basic guest issues or concerns, escalating to supervisors when necessary.
- Manage and restock front-desk supplies, ensuring tools and communication platforms are fully operational.
- Perform additional tasks required by the superior.
