Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Customer Service Batam TerbaruOur Customer Service teams play the starring role in our efforts to provide accurate and responsive service to our customers and agents, ensuring high satisfaction, growth, and retention.
-Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Email, and related platform.
-Ensure quick responses to last-minute guest inquiries, particularly during peak hours.
-Adapt to flexible working hours, including shift schedule, to meet varying customer demands.
-Communicate effectively with customers and collaborate closely with team member.
-Work closely with field teams to ensure seamless operations.
