Age: Under 35 years old
Education: S1 (bachelor degree or above)
Major: Human Resources Management and related majors
Job requirements:
1. Those who can conduct daily conversations in Chinese are required
2. Those who belong to the human resources management major or have HR work experience
3. Able to independently select and recruit talents, familiar with local recruitment platforms such as Indonesia/Malaysia/Philippines/Singapore and can use them proficiently
4. Strong communication skills, have their own ideas, and can cooperate with leaders to conduct flexible recruitment
5. Hardworking, careful, like to learn, proactive, good at discovering and solving problems
Salary and benefits: Monthly salary of 4000RMB (convertible to Malay/Indonesian currency), two days off, national statutory holidays, annual leave, etc., irregular bonus subsidies, capable people can also be gradually promoted to comprehensive management positions, and salary bonuses will also be increased accordingly.
