Qualifications:
- Lead improvement in Process yield, quality, cycle time, inventory accuracy and delivery
- Develope and improvement advanced process and SMT Methodologies
- Perform detect and failure analysesfor surface Mount Technologies (SMT)
- Solve the process problem quickly and efficiency
- Able to program SMT machine Yamaha, AOI, VITrox, Koh Young SPI
- Reflow Profiling
- Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork
- Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
- It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior managementany quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrenceof the problem
- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
- Min 2 years of of SMT industry experience.
- min. Diploma/ bachelore degree graduation
- Proven work experience in SMT process engineering
- strong understanding and knowledge of SMT Manufacturing process and equipment.
- capability to communicate effectifely in engineering environment.
- significant experience with continuous improvevment in SMT manufacturing
- Proficient in Ms. Office and other software application.
