Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Customer Service Executive Batam Terbaru
- Handle import/export - Loose Container Load, Full Container Load and cross-trade shipment, different modes: Air, Land and Ocean.
- Handle customers on import/export booking
- Handle full sets of shipping documents (Commercial Invoice Packing List/Bill of Loading/Permit)
- Ensure timely dispatch of shipping documents
- Respond to incoming emails and phone enquiries
- Respond and assist on enquiries from customers and suppliers, if necessary
- Develop relationship with allocated customers
- Liaise with 3rd party on equipment required for loading and unloading.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
