Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Application Engineer Batam TerbaruAs a Customer Support Application Engineer (CAE) you will solve customers hiccups in their product design phases, from feasibility study to issues found in the field, using Infineon Automotive Microcontroller, TRAVEO T2G. You will work as a trusted hands-on technical advisor for customers to use Infineon microcontrollers in automotive industry, such as intrument clusters and automotive body electronics architecture.
In your new role you will:
- Provide embedded hardware, firmware design and development services to realize Customer applications using Infineon products
- Work cross functionally with Marketing, hardware design, chip design, software and development teams to solve issues reported by customers
- Develop collaterals (code examples, application notes or knowledge base articles) to make our community forum self-sufficient to answer customer queries and based on customer request
- Prepare and deliver product/ application training to peers and end customers
- Provide system level technical support for applications related Infineon microcontrollers during evaluation and development phase of customer application
- Reproduce, debug, & solve the technical issues reported by customers at any time during the life cycle of Infineon’s microcontrollers
- Implement detailed circuit analysis with modelling, simulation, and bench validation based on customer application requirements; generate reference schematics, BOM, PCB layout guidelines, and test reports for customers; develop simulation models and design assistant tools where needed
- To provide technical support to internal FAEs (Field Application Engineers) to support their customers in selection, evaluation, and integration of Infineon products
- Prepare and deliver product/application training to peers and end customers.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering
- Experience in embedded system as a firmware & electronic engineer
- Ability to implement microcontroller peripherals e.g. serial communication, ADC, timers, PWM is a must
- Ability to read and debug electronics schematics is a must
- Experience in writing and debugging software in C/C++ ARM-cortex
- Experience in using debug and instrumentation tools like oscilloscope, multimeter, function generator, logic analyzer
- Ability to identify and resolve technical issues
- Interest and learning new technologies very quickly
- Good proficiency in English communication skills.
