Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Inside Sales Specialist Copier Batam Terbarua) Conduct daily cold calling, emailing and messaging to new target markets and clients.
b) Generating leads, qualifying prospects, preparing sales quotations & business proposals and closing sales over the phone and through virtual communication channels.
c) Understand prospect needs and requirements to demonstrate the company’s products and services.
d) Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
e) Responsible for your sales performance and to meet or exceed the agreed sales targets and OKRs.
f) Adhere to the inside sales pre-sales, on-sales and post-sales processes.
g) Learn and have an in-depth understanding and knowledge of all department processes.
h) Build and maintain accurate database and records of all sales activities and customer interactions using the company’s SAP CRM.
i) Provide ongoing after-sales customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and promote upselling and cross selling opportunities.
j) Stay informed about market trend, competition and market.
k) Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth through training and development initiatives.
l) Always a Team player and work together to support self, company and colleagues.
m) Any other official tasks and jobs assigned by the immediate superior.
