I am reaching out on behalf of Academian, an Ed-tech services partner specializing in learning services and designing digital educational ecosystems. We are currently conducting an in-depth study to assess the feasibility and market dynamics of expanding operations in the higher education domain for one of our publisher clients in four untapped Asia markets: Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam.
To ensure a comprehensive understanding and informed decision-making, we aim to test several conditions that are pivotal to our strategic planning. These conditions encompass the perspectives and behaviors of instructors, students, the market landscape, competitors, institutions, and our internal capabilities.
