We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who is technically strong, highly committed, and ready to grow together with the company as part of the core technology team.
This role is designed for individuals who want to build real products, take ownership, and grow into strategic leadership roles, including the opportunity to become Vice President of Technology as the company scales.

Requirements
- Based in Yogyakarta (hybrid work: remote with occasional in-person collaboration).
- Strong experience with Laravel.
- Strong experience with Next.js / Node.js / Express.js / Vue.js / Nuxt.js .
- Solid understanding of modern frontend development (React, component-based architecture).
- Experience with REST API design and integration.
- Experience with deployment, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiar with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with Go (Golang) is highly preferred.
Bonus points:
- Experience building SaaS or multi-tenant systems
- Strong communication, discipline, and accountability.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using modern and scalable tech stack.
- Design and implement clean, secure, and maintainable APIs.
- Work on multiple products and enterprise projects within the XETUP ecosystem.
- Integrate third-party services and internal systems.
- Manage deployment workflows using Docker and CI/CD.
- Participate in R&D initiatives, including AI and automation integration.
- Take increasing ownership of system architecture and technical decisions over time.
