In this role, you will support the 2B Marketing (Business Marketing) team of Tokopedia and TikTok Shop in planning and executing marketing initiatives across Indonesia. You will be closely involved in end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring smooth coordination between internal stakeholders, external partners, and cross-functional teams. This position is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing campaigns that shape the growth of ecommerce and digital retail in Indonesia.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of daily and seasonal brand marketing campaigns, including mega campaigns (e.g. 8.8, 9.9, 11.11, 12.12), thematic projects (e.g. Ramadan Ekstra Seru, Beli Lokal), and ongoing promotional initiatives.
- Support campaign operations such as asset collection, copy review, campaign page setup, slot reservation, and timeline tracking.
- Coordinate with sellers, creators, and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign rollouts.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare post-campaign analysis, and maintain data dashboards to support reporting and optimization.
- Streamline campaign workflows and provide operational support to ensure on-time and high-quality execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 1–2 years of experience in ecommerce, brand marketing, digital marketing, or creative agency roles. Experience with mega campaigns, livestream, or short-video platforms is a plus.
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Comfortable with data tracking and basic analysis.
