Responsibility :
- Participate in the development and formulation of short-term and long-term plans and budgets in line with the company's objectives and goals.
- Optimize the capabilities and stability of the company's operational systems to maximize customer satisfaction and exceed company goals.
- Evaluate and manage risks.
- Manage and develop a high-performing and responsive team to deliver Fashion Business Operations Service Levels.
- Collaborate with the CFO (Chief Finance Officer) and their team to perform daily reconciliations and transaction settlements accurately and on time.
- Oversee initiatives to implement more efficient working methods.
- Ensure that all activities and operations are conducted in compliance with regulations and laws.
- Regularly assess and evaluate overall operational outcomes and report these results to the CEO.
Requirement :
- A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Chief Operating Officer, with a preference for experience in the Fashion Retail sector.
- Understanding of business functions such as Fashion Retail, Human Resources, and Finance.
- Familiarity with operational strategies.
- Possessing excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrating strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
- Previously as COO Office / Strategic Transformation / Ops Specialist
- Charismatic, proactive, and capable of anticipating needs.
- Possess a positive attitude
- Having a growth mindset in their lives
- Ability to work from Monday to Saturday (with working hours)
- Willing to work on national holidays
