Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Management Trainee Program Jakarta Terbaru

A 2-3-month-development program dedicated for fresh graduates to be our next coordinator through several times of On The Job Training and In Class Training. This program is designed for 3 functions, Sales, Marketing, and Account Executive

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in any major (preferably majoring in Communications, Economy, Business, or Management)
  • Max. 35 years old
  • Fresh graduates or max. 2 years of working experiences
  • Experience in organization is more prefered (min. as leader)
  • Willing to be located in south jakarta is a MUST
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Job Description:

  • Formulate innovative marketing plans and sales target to enhace raise awarness, attarct new customers, and promote customers loyalty
  • Plan, develop and execute comprehensive sales strategiest to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration for the products
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, Fresh Grad

Upah: Rp200.000.000 - Rp450.000.000 per bulan
