We are now seeking for the following professionals as follows :
TOOLING - TOOL MAKER
Requirement ;
- Minimum of 3 years tool room experience as a Tool Maker.
- Education Minimum D-3 in Technical/Engineering oriented and equivalent experience.
- Familiar with ISO/GMP standards.
- English Fluently, computer literate, self-motivated and able to work in team.
- Preferably experience in injection moulding, manufacturing and multinational company.
Understanding & Capable in ;
- Planning and controlling for mould maintaining and repairing on daily basis.
- Support production and guarantee on time availability of tools to ensure continuous production.
- Spare part management and keep on stock.
- Produce written reports and make presantations.
- Review production scheduling to prioritize and direct tooling maintenance and repair activities.
- Provide engineering floor support on production injection moulds for trouble shooting to minimize down time.
- Use data driven approach to tooling counts shots and maintenance history to predictively schedule necessary actions to minimize tooling cost.
- To execute Maintenance & Repair.
- To check mould buy off for customer requirement.
