Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja QC Supervisor Batam Terbaru
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the QC team to maintain product quality.
- Implement and enforce quality control standards and procedures.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and testing to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Train and mentor QC staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve processes and reduce defects.
- Ensure workplace safety and adherence to company policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Experience:
- QC Supervisor in Manufacturing company: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- Mandarin (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- ISO Certification (Preferred)
