Responsibility :
- Develop, communicate, execute, and sustain a comprehensive growth strategy focused on increasing the international supply
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential threats for the business
- Establish company's SOP and executing the business process improvements over period
- Visualize overall project schedule, report project issues status, and potential risks
- Identify and pursue partnerships, acquisitions, and collaborations to expand the range and quality of products offered on the platform
- Expansion planning and execution
- Work closely with the pricing and revenue management teams to optimise pricing strategies, revenue streams, and distribution channels to maximise profitability while remaining competitive
- Utilise data analytic and market insights to make informed decisions and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented strategies
Requirement :
- Experienced in Fashion Retail Industry for more than 10 years, specifically in restaurant business
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market trends and make timely decisions
- Strong Operational and Financial abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities
- Already financially stable and fully committed to becoming co-founder of a startup
- Strong understanding of the fashion industry and relevant aspects of this industry
- Possessing strong resilience in running business
- Having knowledge in the field of Information Technology and Digital Startups
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Charismatic, proactive, and capable of anticipating needs.
- Possess a positive attitude
- Having a growth mindset in their lives
- Ability to work from Monday to Saturday (with working hours)
- Willing to work on national holidays
