Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Foreman Painter Batam TerbaruJob Description
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of painting crews.
- Plan and schedule painting projects to ensure timely completion.
- Inspect surfaces to determine the type and amount of work required.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and cleaning surfaces.
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on project status.
- Order and maintain inventory of painting supplies and equipment.
- Train and mentor junior painters to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that all work meets the required standards.
- Resolve any issues or problems that arise during the course of the project.
- Collaborate with other trades and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Job Requirement
- Proven experience as a Painting Foreman or similar role minimum 3 years.
- Extensive knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.\
- Minimum Senior High School
