Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Responsible for developing test programs on any of the following mainstream ATE platform (V93K, microFLEX, J750, UltraFlex)
- Responsible for test migration to new ATE test platform, highparallelism conversion improvements and test time optimization
- Responsible for test knowledge transfer to production, test packagebuy-off (GR&R), test correlation and qualification
- Responsible for loadboard/DIB development activities such as schematicreview, component placement, layout approval
- Work with test engineers to solve complex test issues and implementroot cause corrective actions
- Creation and documentation of test programs releases and changemanagement
Provide technical support to production test issues (software &hardware) using data analysis and test debugging skills
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Master's / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with more than 5 years'experience in Semiconductor testing and familiar with Digital, Power & Mixed Signal Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
- Knowledgeable in developing device interface board (Loadboard) andh ave a strong understanding of schematic diagrams and electroniccomponents
- Experience developing production test solutions for mixed signal ICs using automated test equipment (ATE) such as V93K, microFLEX, UltraFlex,ETS-88, ETS800
- Strong understanding of electronic engineering principles in areas including analog and digital circuits, power devices, and high-speed signal integrity
- Strong understanding of semiconductor test production process and ability to drive test improvement tasks (yield, test time)
- Hands-on experience making electrical measurements using oscilloscopes
- Skilled in tools for production and quality control, issue resolution, and continuous improvement, such FMEA, DOE, 8D, SPC, Six Sigma, and other Lean concepts
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, and effective in defining and meeting ambitious to stretched goals.
Show strong verbal, written communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
