Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Call Center Manager Jakarta TerbaruBocah Indonesia, a one stop fertility center is currently searching for Call Center Manager to drive measurable results that benefit our business
The selected candidates will create exclusive programs to attract more customers especially in corporate field.
Responsibilities :
- Leading Telemarketing Officers.
- Driving, Coaching and Developing team Telemarketing to maintain good performance.
- Maintain good communication with other department
- Experience In setting up call centers, operational, shifting & Scheduling
Qualification :
- 2- 5 years of experience in a managerial position in the same field.
- Working experience with computer software and phone systems.
- Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate in English (spoken).
- Strong understanding of the company's products, services, and customer service policies. Having knowledge from Healthcare company/healthcare background is a plus point
- Willing to work from our office located in Sunter - North Jakarta
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Rp8,000,000 per month
