Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Account Receivables Support Laki Laki Denpasar TerbaruWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage invoicing, customer payments, and collections. This role ensures the timely collection of revenue and accurate maintenance of customer accounts.

Position: Account Receivables Location: Bali, Indonesia
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and send accurate invoices to customers.
- Record incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due invoices.
- Resolve billing discrepancies with internal departments and customers.
- Prepare AR reports for monthly close and management reviews.
- Maintain documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
- Strong knowledge of invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
