Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Local Technology Support Batam Batam TerbaruTechTiera Services Indonesia is currently seeking a dedicated Local Technology Support Specialist to join our IT Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing hands-on technical support to our local office, ensuring that all technology-related issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site support for all hardware and software issues within the local office.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and other end-user devices.
- Assist with local network troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Respond to user requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, or electronically.
- Document resolutions for future reference and maintain an inventory of all IT assets.
- Collaborate with the broader IT support team to align local solutions with company-wide IT strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technology support role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Additional Details:
- Working Type: Onsite
- Working Location: Nongsa Area, Batam
- Contract Duration: 12 Months (Potential extension subject to performance evaluation)
- Working Arrangement: Monday to Friday and able to be called to work during weekend if required
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 monthsPay: Rp6,000,000 - Rp9,000,000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Batam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
