Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja PPIC Assistant Batam TerbaruTitle: PPIC Assistant
Description: ResponsibilitiesAuthority
- Prepare daily reports which are reviewed directly by the WH / PPIC Executive.
- Participate in the preparation of planning and production schedules.
- Take part in the inspection of incoming barges, including calculating the cargo quantity and ensuring the readiness of cargo to be pumped.
- Assist in supervising the daily sounding of storage tanks and shipping activities, as well as calculating the sounding results.
- Provide accurate reports and information regarding stock levels, production results, and matters related to production processes, utilities, and shipping activities.
- Prepare sales contracts for local Olein and generate the necessary documents for Olein dispatch through both the manual system and the SAP system.
- Prepare purchase contracts for CPO, input CPO receipt data into the SAP system, and coordinate with suppliers regarding CPO purchasing data.
Qualifications
- Request necessary data from related departments or sections.
- Verify and review the accuracy of reports.
Business Unit: PTSON (5300) Business Group: Oils and Fats (PTSON)
- Minimum education: Senior High School (or equivalent).
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar field.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in computer operation.
- Basic English proficiency (minimum passive understanding).
