Job Descriptions
- Design molds and implement improvements in the injection process.
- Create reports on mold designs and improvements to injection process.
- Troubleshoot issues in the injection process to minimize downtime.
- Inspect and ensure that molds, machines, and supporting equipment are ready for production.
Requirements
- Minimum education of a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Design, Materials Technology, or an equivalent field focused on plastics.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in plastic injection molding.
- Proficient in using CAD software (SolidWorks or Onshape).
- Good understanding of mold design, injection parameters, and the plastic injection molding process.
- Demostrate strong analytical thinking skills to effectively solve production problems.
- Responsible, highly motivated, and capable of multitasking.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Salatiga.
