Job Descriptions
- Improve and optimize industrial electronic production processes from inception to start up and certification.
- Provide review and feedback in manufacturing prototypes.
- Conduct production trials for electronic products.
- Review, write, and edit work instructions based on template.
- Collaborate across departments to improve the electronic production process and the electronic product itself.
- Design special jig and tools to support production process.
- Creation and validation of Bill of Materials (BOM).
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent subject.
- Good understanding in PCB production process or equivalent.
- Have a wide knowledge in low-power electronic circuits.
- Have an understanding of the new product development process.
- Familiar with data processing, Excel formula, and data presentation.
- Familiar with schematic software, and CAD software.
- Have good attention to detail and high accountability.
- Self-driven to take initiative and thrive in environments with minimal supervision.
- Have good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Salatiga.
Nice to Have
- Experience in electronic PCBA production
- Understand the PCB making process, SMT line, PCBA testing process
- Understand the Python or C# programming language
