Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Admin Sales Jakarta TerbaruKey Responsibilities:
- Create Sales Orders (SO) and Delivery Orders (DO) based on order recap from the Sales Admin team.
- Coordinate with AR/CC Division to initiate the MPPB process.
- Review and follow up on Delivery Notes that have not yet been returned by the Logistics team.
- Verify delivered Delivery Notes and ensure received quantity aligns with the shipping document.
- Perform Proof of Delivery (POD) and Billing Invoice processes using SAP.
- Handle POD and Return Billing processes in SAP.
- Facilitate the handover of documents from the SD Division to the AR/CC Division.
- Receive and recheck returned handover documents from the AR/CC Division to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales support, billing, or order processing.
- Proficiency in SAP is a must.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and good time management.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with multiple departments.
