- Minimum Diploma 1 education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

- Strong understanding of computer hardware, VHP, WiFi, and network devices.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hardware issues.
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts (LAN/WAN).
