Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Sales Account Support Padang TerbaruAloita Resort is looking for a reliable and dedicated Security Guard to help maintain a safe and secure environment for our guests, staff, and resort property in Padang, West Sumatra. The ideal candidate will be professional, alert, and committed to delivering a sense of safety while upholding the resort's hospitality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Patrol resort premises including guest areas, parking lots, gardens, and restricted zones regularly
- Monitor and control access to the resort, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the property
- Operate CCTV monitoring systems and report any suspicious activity
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and alarms
- Assist guests and staff professionally and courteously at all times
- Enforce resort rules and regulations to maintain order and safety
- Conduct regular security checks and inspections of the property
- Write accurate incident reports and maintain security logs
- Coordinate with local authorities when required
- Ensure the safety of resort assets and prevent theft or vandalism
- Assist with crowd control during resort events
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a security guard, preferably in a hotel, resort, or similar environment
- Possession of a valid security guard license (Gada Pratama) is preferred
- Good physical fitness and health
- Ability to remain calm and act decisively under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Honest, disciplined, and trustworthy
- Willing to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Willingness to relocate to or reside in Padang area
