Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Expatriate Personnel Administration Denpasar TerbaruWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Visa Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for handling end-to-end visa and immigration processes for clients, including expatriates and foreign investors in Indonesia.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end processing for various Indonesian visas and permits
- Manage KITAS, KITAP, Visa on Arrival extensions, Business Visa, Investor KITAS, Working KITAS, and related permits
- Process and monitor RPTKA, work permits, and immigration documentation
- Liaise with immigration offices and related government institutions
- Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time
- Provide consultation and updates to clients regarding visa regulations and processes
- Monitor visa validity, renewals, and compliance requirements
- Maintain organized client records and documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Visa Officer or similar role
- Strong understanding of Indonesian immigration regulations and procedures
- Experienced in handling KITAS, KITAP, and RPTKA end-to-end
- Familiar with expatriate and PMA company documentation
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple applications simultaneously
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Able to work independently and under deadlines
Plus Points
- Experience handling foreign clients
- Strong networking or experience liaising with immigration/government offices
- Experience working in agency, legal consultant, or PMA-related services
