Position: Interior Designer or Architect
As an Interior Designer or Architect at Oakberry, you'll critically shape the spaces where customers connect with our brand. Your designs will uniquely enhance the dining experience in alignment with our health-focused ethos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design spaces that reflect our Design Guidelines and are functional and aesthetically pleasing
- Produce detailed documentation, including Concept and Construction Documentation with Plans, Elevations, Sections, Schedules, Details, and 3D models.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian standards and integrate local materials and methods into the documentation
- Oversee construction sites to ensure adherence to documentation, timely defect resolution and a high quality finished product.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders including in-house head office teams and Retail Design Managers.
- Assist with addressing defects and maintenance issues for our existing locations in Bali, including site visits.
- Work closely with the Oakberry Australia head office Development team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in interior design, preferably in commercial or retail settings.
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software, preferably Archicad.
- Exceptional project management and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Preferred experience with retail food businesses.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 monthsPay: Rp9,000,000 - Rp11,000,000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Badung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Language:
- English (Preferred)
